Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA is now an official
Corporate Member and Sponsor of the Physically
Challenged Bowhunters of America (PCBA). As a
Corporate Member and Sponsor, Yamaha is helping to
promote the PCBA’s mission and goals to introduce and
educate people with permanent physical disabilities on
the value of outdoor sports, as well as to promote safe,
responsible sportsmanship and conservation.
PCBA members like George Bolender of New York
have unique difficulties with many outdoor sports due to
access issues, whether it involves adequate equipment or
safe and reliable transportation to areas where they can
participate in these activities. Each October the
PCBA takes 12 winners from a drawing of member names on
an all expense paid deer and turkey hunt complete with
PCBA guides and volunteers in Loudonville,
Ohio.
In 2004 the lucky winners,
pictured here, included (back row, left to right): John
Tengelitsch, Mich.; Robert Kahler, Ala.; Dennis Miles,
Pa.; Don Meyers, Mich.; Scott Taylor, Pa.; Dewayne Ward,
Pa.; Joe Murley, Ill.; (front row, left to right) Ricky
Payne, Ohio; Robert Mullanery, Pa.; George Bolender,
N.Y.; Mike Schmitz, Tenn.; Elmer Stoltzfus, Pa.
Through its support of the PCBA and its annual
events, Yamaha hopes to help shed light on these issues
while directly assisting physically challenged hunters
in getting into the outdoors and enjoying their sport
safely and responsibly.

(EPS) system, allowing it to be maneuvered with less
effort and fatigue. The 2007 Yamaha Rhino Side-by-Side vehicles
are the most off-road capable two-passenger machines
in the industry, and are capable of carrying a driver,
passenger and their cargo into the outdoors and
